On 09 Dec, 2011 Amir has been successful again providing a loan for another challenging sale. One of the things I like most about Amir, is his ability and knowledge to know how to overcome problems that come up along the way in a real estate transaction. There always seems to be a way to get the loan approved and funded, and a willingness to keep trying things.
